We are always working to add support for requested exchanges/wallets. When users submit their CSVs for these sources, it helps us to determine if the CSV provided has all of the proper information in order to support it. If you'd like to share your CSV for an exchange we do not currently have support for, you can send it to support@bitcoin.tax with the email header "[Exchange name] Request" and our team will work to determine if the file has the proper data to add support. Please do not alter these files before sending them, as the raw data is necessary for us to add proper support.
Keep in mind you can enter any dataset into our system even if we do not support the exchange inherently: You can add single entries manually via the user interface. You can do this for trades, income, or spending. This is the easiest way to add in a small amount of entries.
For larger amounts of manual entries, or for adding in data from exchanges we don't support, the best option is to create a standard CSV. This link (https://bitcointaxes.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360009111074-Standard-CSV-Formatting-Sample-Files) has a pre-formatted standard CSV for every section of your account (trading, income, spending). If you are importing trades, for example, download the SampleTrading CSV and add your data into each column. All of the instructions for doing this are in the CSV itself, on the top row. These CSVs are imported via the "Bitcoin.Tax CSV" importer on each tab.
In addition, if you have done a lot of DeFi trading, you can utilize our Zerion.io importer. Zerion allows you to add your ETH addresses and wallets, export a CSV, and then import that CSV into your Bitcoin.Tax account via our Zerion.io importer.
[Dec 2021 Update: We are working hard to add CSV/API support for a number of exchanges AND blockchains, such as the BSC blockchain. We are also working hard to add additional margin and futures support for a number of exchanges we currently support spot trading for, like Kucoin. We anticipate that we will have a number of these exchanges and blockchains added in the coming months.]
