If you purchased/upgraded the wrong tax year, you have two options. You can email us at email@example.com and request that we change the purchase to the correct tax year for you.
You can also purchase the proper year, and then email our support team requesting a refund for the proper year. We will process the refund for you as soon as we receive your ticket. You can label the email "Purchased wrong year - refund request" to help us notice it quicker in our ticketing system. This way you can begin working on your crypto taxes right away, and we will make sure your refund is processed quickly.
